• How does the payment work?
Simply write me a message or email with the date you wish to do the tour / photo session and I send you a confirmation with my Paypal / bank wire details. Once I got your payment, I will send you a booking confirmation and payment receipt. You can also simply pay in cash prior to the tour.
• What kind of shops are we visiting?
We are visiting 3 types of stores: The first type are newly made clothes, made in a sustainable way from local and international designers and brands. The second is high-end vintage, handpicked by the owners. The clothes range from the 20’s-90’s and are all high quality and unique. The third type are second hand shops with carefully selected clothing and accessoires.
• I booked a tour / photo session but need to cancel, is that possible?
Yes. If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour, you’ll receive a full refund.
• I need to cancel spontanously. Can I do that?
For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time, the payment is non-refundable, as spots are limited and the preparation time has already started.
• What happens if I don’t show up to the tour?
If you don’t show up for the tour without prior 24 hour notice, the payment cannot be refunded. You can always choose to chnage the date of your tour if you think you cannot make it.
• What if it’s raining on the day of the tour?
Tours take place rain or shine — please bring suitable clothing. In the rare case that I have to cancel due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
• What if it’s raining on the day of the photo session?
if the weather makes it impossible to have a good outdoor shooting, we can reschedule our session or you get a full refund.
• Can I reschedule the tour to another day?
You can reschedule your tour (subject to availability) at no extra cost if you notify me at least 24 hours in advance.
• Why don’t you have a booking system on your website?
I don’t have a booking system yet, because I am looking to add my tour to professional tour booking websites and at the moment I am focusing on getting new clients and work on my tours. Booking tools are highly practical but are also costly. I might add that at a later stage.
• Can I bring my boyfriend to the tour?
Yes, it’s possible to bring your boyfriend as the shops we are visting offer men’s clothing as well. Simply do a separate booking for your boyfriend and show up together. You can also book a chic & candid: 1 on 1 shopping & photo experience where we can combine the shopping tour with a couple’s photoshooting.
• Do the shops also offer men’s clothing?
Yes, most of the shops we are visiting offer also men’s clothing, and I can individually add shops with men’s clothing if needed.
